Fractured Light Through Feathered Leaves
Motion dissolves a thicket into brushstrokes of green and shadow
Slender, finely divided leaves are swept into streaks by deliberate camera movement, turning a dense thicket into layered green brushwork. Light gathers at the left of the frame and drains into near-black shadow on the right, where a few pale stems hold their shape. Rust-tipped leaf edges add warmth against the cool greens. An abstract study of foliage that reads as painting more than record.
